The proposed membership
SYM Plus is a proposed digital membership for one SYM account. It provides a Plus badge on the profile and posts, additional profile color themes, and the ability to pin one of the member’s own posts to their profile.
Proposed duration: 30 consecutive days from activation. At expiry, Plus styling and pinning end; ordinary account access is intended to remain available. The benefits are not implemented or sold in this preview.

This proposed service is delivered digitally. There is no physical product to return.
Refund requests
Sample policy: request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, including after activation. Include the order reference and account email. Example contact: support@sym.example; this demo address cannot receive requests.
Proposed: after 7 days, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Duplicate charges or a service that was not delivered can still be raised with support for review. This proposed limitation must appear before purchase.
Sample timing: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Allow an additional 5–10 business days for bank posting; actual timing depends on the bank. Refunded membership access ends. No refunds are processed in this demo.
Cancellation
Proposed: this is a single 30-day pass, with no automatic renewal or future recurring charge. Members may request early cancellation through support. Cancellation on its own does not create a refund outside the refund conditions above.

Proposed: membership access activates within 24 hours after successful payment. The 30-day period begins on activation, not while payment is pending. A confirmation would appear in the member’s account and be sent to the account email.
No shipping or physical delivery is required. Proposed delivery charge: none. If access has not arrived within 24 hours, the member should contact the verified support channel with the order reference.
Account activation and confirmation delivery are not connected in this preview.
